You may wonder... just what did I sign up for with my Premiere Membership?



This is what you'll have access to:

• Video Drop: We'll post our monthly video content on a specific job search or career development topic (usually by the first Friday of each month) here in this course. We typically post a hot topic or a question- and have a further discussion from the Recruiter/HR person point of view. If you want us to cover a specific topic - feel free to drop a note here in the Comments, or you can email Mary.
  
  
• Ask Me Anything/Office Hours events over Zoom with Mary (or a special guest expert in Hiring, HR, Recruitment, Career Development). We usually host these every Tuesday at 10AM Hawaii time. See the calendar posted in the Welcome Section of this course. Bring your questions! Please RSVP in advance. Generally, we do our Ask Me Anything (AMA)/Office Hours once a week, usually on Tuesdays!
  
  
• We plan to do a Quarterly Masterclass on a relevant topic the Community wants to discuss. Please send us your ideas - we often bring in a special guest or panel to address your questions and to provide a broader perspective of advice.

• In 2025, we will be hosting Quarterly Meet & Greets with Company representatives and other professionals to help with your hiring and career development process. We are working on bringing this to you - it's not meant to act as a job fair or direct interviewing situation, but rather to meet key people at interesting virtual and hybrid organizations for networking!
  
  
• 1:1 Private Coaching session (45 minutes) - once a quarter. Please schedule a session directly here.
  
  
• For Services (Included in Membership):
  • A LinkedIn or Resume Review. Mary or another professional will review your resume and provide feedback on your existing document. This does not include a re-write (separate service).
  • A DISC Assessment (test only). You will receive a link to take the assessment, which takes about 20-25 minutes to complete. Upon completion you will be sent a full report on your assessment results.
  • Special Member Content -- Course access:
